For patients facing the loss of most or all teeth, full-arch implant treatment can replace an entire row of teeth with a bridge supported by strategically positioned implants.

Understanding the treatment
All-on-4 uses four implants to support a complete fixed bridge. The back implants may be angled to use available bone and reduce the need for grafting in selected cases.
All-on-X is the broader term: “X” means the number is not predetermined. Some arches are best restored on four implants; others benefit from five or six. The decision depends on your bone, anatomy, bite, medical factors and the design of the final bridge.
At Artizen, the bridge is planned first. Implant positions are selected to support the intended teeth, cleansability and long-term function—not simply placed wherever bone appears available.
The system is selected according to the clinical plan rather than a one-brand-fits-all approach.
How a full arch works
This short visual explains how four to six implants can support a full row of teeth. The exact number and position are individualised after your assessment.
The Artizen workflow
Full-arch treatment is not simply an implant operation. It combines diagnosis, surgery, prosthodontics, bite design, laboratory communication and long-term maintenance.
We begin with your concerns, dental and medical history, smile, speech and how your current teeth or denture affect daily life.
Clinical photographs, an intraoral scan and a 3D CBCT scan help us assess bone, anatomy, bite and restorative space.
The future tooth position, facial support and bite are designed first. Implant number and position are then planned to support that restoration.
A digitally designed surgical workflow helps us reproduce the plan. Depending on the case, this may include positioning, fixation, drilling and prosthetic guides.
When implant stability and clinical conditions are suitable, a fixed provisional bridge may be fitted on the day of surgery or shortly afterwards.
After healing, the definitive bridge is made and carefully checked. Long-term reviews, hygiene and maintenance remain essential.
Immediate fixed teeth
Most of the time, yes. The patient will be given a fixed temporary prosthesis when the implants achieve adequate stability and the bite can be controlled safely.
If those conditions are not met, protecting healing is more important than forcing immediate loading. We will explain the provisional phase, food restrictions and timing before treatment.
Documented patient cases
These clinical and radiographic records show selected Artizen patients. They are presented for education; results and treatment needs vary between individuals.

Who may benefit?
The bridge
The provisional bridge lets us evaluate comfort, speech, appearance, hygiene access and the bite during healing. Your definitive restoration is then selected and designed around the clinical situation.
Options may include reinforced acrylic or PMMA, a titanium-supported bridge, or a full-ceramic solution. Each has different biological, technical, aesthetic and financial considerations, which we will discuss with you.
